For development projects we have two distinct methods of charging:

For smaller projects we keep things simple by charging on a man-day basis. This means that all quotes are estimates only. You benefit when we deliver the project under time, but continue to pay when more time than anticipated is required.

Only when full requirements gathering and a specification has been performed (requirements gathering and writing of specification are deemed as chargeable) are we able to offer a fixed price option.

The requirements of all of our customers differ; therefore for larger projects we are happy to agree and fix our charges on a per project basis. Whatever charging method you choose for your project, the costs will usually be directly proportional to the number of man-hours we anticipate working on it and depending on the skills & experience of the people involved.
